Episode 3 of Upon Further Review!

Once again we’re back to regale you with reviews of old and new, as we proudly present Episode 3 of Upon Further Review (apparently three times can be the charm after all)! In this show Greg pays homage to Podpress before The Reviewers move on to take a look at various forms of entertainment: first, video games, as we discuss Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones (and how much frustration Greg can take from interacting with a bunch of pixels); second, theater, as we get in touch with our high culture sides while reviewing The Threepenny Opera (and Clea even got to meet Cyndi Lauper!); and finally, podcasts, as we take a look at the (hopefully not violent) collision of science and science fiction in The Eclectic Review. All this, and Gizoogle too, clearly makes us the shiznit…or something. Anyway, please leave a comment, E-mail us, call our voice mail, and add yourself to our Frappr map–and most importantly, spread the word about the show…as always, we’re most grateful for the growing support. (Additional podsafe music is provided in this episode by the great Kurt Weill; as always, the intro music is provided by Sharif (“You’re My Girl”), outro by David Henderson (“We Gotta Go”).)

Episode 2 of Upon Further Review!

For new and old visitors alike, we’re proud to present Episode 2 of Upon Further Review (you didn’t think this was a one-time event, did you?) In this show we discuss the finer points of fine (and not-so-fine) restaurants as we review Burrito Loco and Per Se, and wrap up with a review of the show from everyone’s favorite wild man, El Nacho: Rambling Retard Rampage! Please leave a comment or contact us in any one of the many possible ways, and thanks for the growing support of the show! (Additional podsafe music is provided in this episode by Musicos Unidos de Latino America and Two Violins; as always, the intro music is provided by Sharif (“You’re My Girl”), outro by David Henderson (“We Gotta Go”).)

Here it is, folks…the long-awaited inaugural episode of Upon Further Review (and you didn’t even know you were awaiting it before, did you)? In this show we introduce ourselves and the premise behind UFR before tackling Time Warner Cable (boo) and X-Men III. Please let us know what you think! Greetings and salutations!

Welcome, one and all, to Upon Further Review, the new review podcast/website where two ex-debaters finally get the last word…on everything. Every week Greg and Clea will release a new half-hour episode of reviewing goodness for your listening pleasure, and anything and everything is fair game–movies, plays, television shows, games, personal hygiene products (er…maybe), restaurants, hotels, amusement parks, podcasts, and anything else we (or you) can think of. Take a look at our Contact page to find out more about how you can get involved with the show–we’re always looking for new things to review, so please feel free to make suggestions or other random comments semi-related to the show through the various contact methods. Between episodes, Greg and Clea will periodically post various bits of information, including mini-reviews as the situation warrants and time permits.

Thanks for coming by and checking out Upon Further Review. We hope you like what you hear, and we look forward to hearing a lot more from you all (like you can look forward to hearing a lot more from us)!
